I used frozen berries so it is better to choose. This berry smoothie is healthy refreshing and delicious. I used frozen banana.

Strawberry; Fresh or frozen

Blueberry : Fresh or frozen

How to make berry smoothie Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mixed frozen berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)

  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced or frozen

  • 1 cup thick yogurt or vegan yogurt

  • 1 cup almond milk (or any other milk of your choice) /optional

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • Ice cubes (optional)

Method :

  • Add the frozen berries, sliced banana, almond milk, and honey or maple syrup (if using) to a blender.

  • Blend on high speed until smooth.

  • If the smoothie is too thick, add a few ice cubes and blend again until desired consistency is reached. Ice cube is totally optional.

  • Pour into bowl or glass and serve immediately.
