Coconut milk: Something I love about this recipe is that It's best when made with coconut canned milk. This means I always have some on my hand in the pantry to make this frozen mango smoothie. I used here normal coconut canned milk but you can use lite also. I also use that sometimes. You can also substitute an almond/ coconut blend for a lighter version. You can use almond milk or another non-dairy milk, but coconut is by far my favorite.
Greek yogurt: For a little creaminess I used here plain yogurt but I add extra honey for some sweetness.
Banana: Banana adds more sweetness to this smoothie and gives them a creamy texture. You can use here frozen banana also that works well too.
Mango: I don't freeze mango so using here fresh mango but frozen mango also works best.
Honey: This is optional for the best flavor. You can also use pure maple syrup. If you don't want you can always omit it.
Vanilla extract: The addition of vanilla extract takes this mango smoothie recipe to the next level.

Blend: Next, Secure the lid and blend the mango smoothie until it's smooth.

Spinach: 1/2 cup spinach won't affect the taste or texture of this mango smoothie at all. It will change, but still taste good.
Protein Powder: Adding a scoop of protein powder will give you a healthy dose of protein in this mango smoothie.
Chia seed: Chia seeds are a nutritional powerhouse that can be added to this mango smoothie.
