These veggie stir-fry tofu recipes are so perfect for meals. You can enjoy this delicious tofu stir fry with roti or rice or you can have it just like that also. And you know the best part of this tofu stir fry is you can make this recipe with any leftover veggies in your fridge.

So let's start. when I first ever try tofu let me be honest I didn't like it at all. But I saw

some more recipes and try to make my way to make more yummiest version of tofu and then I just love it.

So now I m totally okay with having tofu. Even now I like to try to make so many different recipes using tofu.

You can use this recipe using paneer also. But these are for vegans.

This veggie stir fry is when you feel like having restaurant food though it's homemade

About tofu, some people like to have and some don't it is okay if you don't like tofu you can make this recipe simple using paneer.

This veggie stir fry is so healthy and yummy and most of it's a good source of protein.

How to make tofu

  • Grill

Tofu doesn't need a lot of cooking. But still, we cooked for a little while mixing all flavors so we can have tofu with some delicious flavor.

Once you have drained your tofu you can cook it the way you want, add some spice or sauce.

Then bake, grill or saute

You can use this in salad bowls food and in the soup also.

Some tips and suggestions:

Even if you are not vegetarian it's always good to give yourself a rest from meat so adding tofu to your diet is a good source of protein. It doesn't have to be chicken or tuna.

Once you rinse the tofu, drain it because the more water you remove the crispier the tofu will be.

Once you drain the tofu Lay it down on the board and cover it with another kitchen towel, cover it with breadboards and a heavy skillet. So it removes all excess water from the tofu.

Veggie tofu stir fry


  • Tofu

  • Red pepper

  • Green pepper

  • Ginger paste

  • Salt

  • Mushroom

  • Dark soy sauce

  • Light soy sauce

  • Fresh chopped spinach

  • Fresh chopped green chili

  • Chili sauce

  • Turmeric

Method to prepare veggie tofu stir fry

  • First heat oil in the hot pan and add tofu cubes with some turmeric powder

  • Saute for about 5 to 10 min until the tofu turns crispy.

  • Now add oil in how wok.

  • Add Red pepper and green pepper and saute for while.

  • Now add ginger paste and salt.

  • Now add fresh chopped brown mushrooms.

  • Stir continuously

  • Now add dark and light soy And saute for a few more minutes.

  • Now add fresh chopped spinach and mix everything all together. Lastly, add tofu and mixed again. we don't need to cook so much after we add spinach and tofu just mixed everything nicely together and cook for 2 to 3 min more than it's done.

  • Delicious veggie stir fry tofu is ready to serve.

  • You can have it just as it is or you can serve it with noodles or rice.

  • I have always liked to have this veggie-stirred tofu with rice.

  • Your choice how what you like to have.

  • Now serve hot

  • And enjoy.
