I m sharing here my favorite and quick easy recipe.

This is a vegetarian dish that you can make for a weeknight family dinner or holiday gathering.


Baked potato and broccoli

For that only you need Potatoes and broccoli obvio.

  • Potatoes are the ingredient that you found anywhere in the globe. And I love to make recipes using potatoes as the main ingredient. But you also need to know potatoes contain a lot of starch and carbohydrates. But it is a good source of fiber.

  • And broccoli is good for health. Coz broccoli contains a good amount of fiber and fatty acids and vitamins.

  • Before my son didn't like to eat broccoli so I try my best to find some amazing unique recipes that have broccoli inside and give my best to make that now I'm so happy that I found so many dishes and now he enjoyed every recipe that has broccoli.

  • So you can do that same way if anyone is in your house looking for something extra you can make your variation so they enjoy and eat.

  • It's cheesy. Even the usual veggie avoiders won't be able to deny this broccoli coated with cheese.

  • It's healthy. A reduced amount of butter, non-fat milk, and white flour keep the recipes on the healthier end.

  • It's easy. As a side dish, I wanted this potato broccoli bake that doesn't add extra work, and it's super quick easy that you can make without any fuss and stress.


Now let's talk about this recipe so for that let's jump to the straight in the ingredient

The ingredient you will need:




Black paper powder

Red Chili flakes

olive oil

Mozzarella cheese

Method :

  • Take a medium or big-size potato. Wash potato nicely. And cut into wedges.

  • Take a big pot with water and keep it on gas. once water boils add potato wedges and put some salt. keep it for 10 to 15 min.

  • Now remove potato wedges from boiling water and let them cool.

  • Now take broccoli and separate broccoli into florets.

  • Wash broccoli florets nicely.

  • Preheat oven( depends on your oven )

  • Take a large baking tray and put foil paper.

  • Add now potato wedges and broccoli florets on it and pour some olive oil and sprinkle some salt, black paper, and red chili flakes.

  • Use your hands to mix well nicely.

  • Now add cheese on top of that to make our dish more delicious. I prefer Mozzarella you can use any kind of cheese.

  • Bake this for about 15 to 20 minutes. and serve hot and enjoy
